过冷式数码多联蓄能机组的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据大过冷度制冷循环原理,开发了新型商用数码多联机组并在样机上进行了实验研究。新机组能够在蓄冰、释冷、常规制冷、蓄热、释热与常规热泵6种模式下运行;低谷蓄冰模式运行时间约8 h,能够蓄存378 MJ冷量,铜管外结冰厚度为35 mm;能够保证系统融冰供冷8 h,冷量增加约30%左右;能够运行蓄热与释热模式,在释热模式下,由于蒸发温度提高,可以有效缓解结霜现象。 According to the high sub-cooled refrigeration cycle theory, develops a commercial digital multiple variable refrigerant flow rate air conditioning system and carries experimental research on a model machine which proves to be operating under the following six modes: ice charging, ice discharging, normal refrigerating, heat charging, heat discharging and heat pump operation. The period of the ice charging operation is about 8 hours, 378 MJ of cool storage capacity is achieved and the ice thickness of out surface of the copper tube is 35 mm; the cool capacity increases by about 30 percent, the endurance of ice discharging is about 8 hours~ and the novel system can operate in the heat charging mode and heat discharging mode, the latter mode allows alleviating the frost formation because of the rise of the evaporating temperature.
