摘要
一种方便而高效的偕二酰氧基甲烯化合物的制备方法。使用二氯甲烷作为溶剂和试剂,以1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0-7]-十一烯(DBU)为碱,羧酸根负离子和二氯甲烷于回流状态下发生亲核取代反应即可方便和高得率地制备得到对称和混合的偕二酰氧基甲烯化合物。
A convenient and highly efficient method for the preparation of gem diacyloxy was presented. Using dichloromethane as solvent and reagent, symmetrical and mixed gem methylene compounds - diacyloxy methylene compounds were prepared in reflux in the presence of 1,8 - diazabicyclo [ 5.4.0 ] - undec - 7 -ene through the nucleophilic substitution of carboxylic acid anion and dichloromethane.
