摘要
以共晶盐蓄冷球为研究对象,基于三维对称有限元模型,用ANSYS10.0作为计算平台,模拟分析了等条件下的3个不同几何结构的蓄冷球的传热蓄冷过程,同时研究了载冷剂温度对其凝固时间的影响。结果表明,数值模拟与实验结果吻合程度较高,改进蓄冷球几何结构和降低载冷剂注入温度,均可缩短蓄冷球的凝固时间。
Based on 3 - dimentional recurrence - symmetry finite element models, three different kinds of eutectic encapsulated ice storages with same volume were numerically studied and analyzed by ANSYS10.0 ,for the process of solidification of different geometrical structures and refrigerant temperatures. The results indicate that the calcula- tion results are identical with experimental data. It will cut the time of solidification shorter while improving the structure of encapsulated ice storage and decreasing refrigerant temperature.
