摘要 通过OPNET平台建立了提供FTP数据服务的小规模UMTS网络模型,并利用该模型着重对处于硬/软切换状态中的终端性能进行了对比性分析与验证。仿真结果表明,相比硬切换而言,软切换中减少了上行发射功率,提高了服务质量,具有较高的应用价值,同时也验证了该模型是有效的。 In this paper,a small -scale UMTS network model based on OPNET software was established to provide FTP data service and it can be focused on the different performances of terminals revealed in the process of hard/ soft handover. The results suggested that, compared to the hard handover, the soft handover reduce the uplink trans- mission power and improve the QoS of this UMTS network model with high practical value. Thus this network model is demonstrated to the effective.
