摘要
食源性疾病一直是人类健康的重要威胁,建立食品安全可追溯体系,从源头上遏制问题食品扩散,显得尤为必要。本文阐述了海南省质量技术监督标准与信息所采用GS1系统对水产品质量安全跟踪与追溯的应用情况。
Food-borne diseases are always major threat to human health. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to establish food traceability system to prevent the contaminated food from widely spreading. This article illustrates the application of GSI Coding System by Standard & Information Institute affiliated to Hainan Quality & Technology Supervision Bureau to track and trace the quality and safety of aquatic products.
