摘要 设计并实现一个基于PCI总线的MPEG-4实时视频监控系统。阐述该系统的结构,介绍MPEG-4压缩编码模块、PCI总线控制模块、采集板卡与主机之间高速数据传输模块等。该系统在监控主机上实现了16-32路的实时音视频监控,具有很高的性价比和重要的实用价值,值得推广应用。 Designs and implements a real time MPEG-4 video monitoring system. Describes the structure and configuration of the system, introduces the MPEG-4 encoding block, PCI controlling block, high speed data transmission block. The system can monitor 16-32 real time audio/video, so it has very high performance-price ratio, significant applied values and widely used.
