摘要
通过对在线消费特征的分析,指出导购决策过程包含比较决策、偏好决策和心理决策等3个过程。在此基础上,建立适合于电子商务在线购物网站的智能导购决策模型并设计了用于比较决策过程的相似匹配算法。
Through analysing the characteristic of online consumption, points out the three process ineludes, such as comparison decision-making, preference decision-making and psychology decision-making. Based on this, builds a intelligent purchase guide decision-making model that suitable for E-Commeree shopping Website, and designs a similarity match algorithm for comparison decision-making process.
