摘要
通过对我国造价管理失控原因与避免失控的措施的分析,阐述了 CM 模式的概念、优缺点及各参与方项目管理的目标和任务。
By analyzing the reasons for out of control of construction cost management in China and the measures for avoiding the out of control, the concept, merits and demerits of construction management （CM） as well as the objectives and tasks of project management of different participants are expounded.
