摘要
运用ANSYS工程分析软件,对液压旋回式破碎机横梁进行结构强度的有限元分析,并以减小横梁开裂处应力为目标对横梁进行结构优化设计,以横梁各个尺寸参数作为优化设计变量,以断裂处单元应力最小为优化目标,编制横梁优化设计程序ODPST,对横梁进行结构优化设计,通过优化设计,横梁开裂处最大应力明显减小,降低了约18.5%,有效的提高了横梁的结构强度,延长了横梁的使用寿命。
Use ANSYS software to carry out structure strength finite element analysis of the crossbeam,on the basis of mechanical design theory,and exacute optimum structure design to minish the actual stress at fracture. Optimum structure design( ODPST) is programmed,in which design parameters are those ones mentioned above and optimum object is maxinum stress at fructure. Through the optimum design, maxinum stress is reduced by 18.5% and the result is satisfying,which could increase the stucture strength of the beam,prolong the use life and enhance corporation's economic benefit consequently.
