摘要
非整体曲轴有限元模型与曲轴实际工况载荷模型存在较大差异,这使得曲轴的静、动态特性分析出现很大的误差。为此,建立了整体曲轴的有限模型,对曲轴的疲劳强度与自由模态进行了分析。与非整体曲轴模型相比,整体曲轴的有限模型更真实地反映了曲轴的静、动态特性,为曲轴的优化设计提供了有价值的理论依据。
The difference between finite element model of portion-piece crankshaft and the actual load model takes a big error to static and dynamic characteristic of Crankshaft.Therefore.Finite element model of one-piece crankshaft is founded,fatigue strength and free mode of crankshaft are analyzed.Compared with portion-piece crankshaft model,one-piece crankshaft model can reflect a more actual static and dynamic characteristic of crankshaft,and the valuable theory basis is provided for crankshaft optimal design.
