摘要
为研究数控机床进给系统的静态和动态性能的稳定性,简化调试过程,文章以X-Y工作台作为平面定位机械系统的动态模型,通过对X-Y工作台伺服系统进行三环整定计算、利用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行建模,研究了虚拟样机仿真分析的方法,采用虚拟样机开发软件ADAMS完成参数化样机模型的构建,利用ADAM内含的系统函数创建运动约束,实现了对系统运动学仿真的分析。
In order to ensure the stability of orientation precision,static and dynamic capability,and predigest debugging process. X-Y table was used to dynamic model of mechanical system for plane orienration in this paper and count by three loop conformity for servo system,and model by MATLAB/Simulink, the analysis method of dummy sample was researched,and make up of parameter model of sample by ADAMS,and made up of locomotion leash by system function of ADAMS,the simulation analysis is realize.
