摘要
采用有限元分析方法,根据集料给料机级配斗隔网的工作情况和结构,建立了隔网的三维计算模型,运用ANSYS软件,对隔网的结构进行计算,具体包括隔网在载荷作用下所受的应力、产生的变形等,为优化隔网结构提供理论依据。根据计算结果提出了隔网结构设计改进方案,并对改进后的结构进行分析,分析结果表明,改进后的结构既节省材料又安全可靠。
According to filter in graded hopper of batcher work situation and its structure,a 3-D calculated model of filter is established with finite element analysis. With ANSYS software the filter structure including its stress ,deformation under the load can be calculated.This offers theoretical evidence for optimizing the filter structure. According to the calculation result,a suggestion is given on improving the filter structure.The improved structure is well analyzed,it indicates that the improved structure is not only material conservation but also safe reliability.
