摘要
微电极电生理检测系统是现代电生理学研究的重要工具之一,主要应用离子选择微电极、电压钳和膜片钳等技术,通过测量多种生物细胞膜离子通道电流、膜电阻以及膜电容等参数,分析其电生理特性,从而在细胞水平上揭示生物体的生理生化特点。该系统需在显微镜下做微观测量,是一种典型的低噪声测试系统。这里主要分析了该系统中的背景噪声以及可能的外源干扰的来源,并相应提出了一些具体的处理措施,对系统进行了改进,以期减少测量过程中的噪声影响,从而进行有效的试验测量。
Microelectrode electrophysiological testing system is one of the most important tools in modern electrophysiology study. Application of the ion-selective microelectrode ,voltage-clamp and patchclamp techniques ,the system can reveal the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the organisms at the cell level by measuring a variety of membrane ion currents ,membrane resistance and membrane capacitanee and then analyzing them. The system requires microscopic measurement under the microscope, so it's a typical low-noise test system. An analysis of the background noise of system and outside interference is made about their possible sources. Accordingly a number of specific measures are also proposed with a view to improve the systemand to test effectively.
