摘要
介绍了基于结构光的螺旋钢管焊缝跟踪系统,利用LOG滤波和二值化法消除图像中的噪声并把光带图像从背景中提取出来。采用边界取平均值法抽取光带的中心线,用斜率分析法检测出特征点。该图像处理方法处理速度快,能够满足跟踪系统的要求。
This study introduced weld seam tracking system of spiral submerged-arc welding (SSA W ) pipe based on structured light. LOG filtering and binarization method were used to get rid of noise and extract the light picture from the background. The central line of light stripe was extracted by boundary mean value method and slop analysis method was used to detect the characteristics. This technique processed images fast and could satisfy the demands of tracking system.
