摘要
介绍了利用PLC控制系统对某汽车外饰厂的冷冻水系统进行自动控制。针对该系统的工作原理及用户对本系统的要求,采用增量式PID控制实现了系统持续恒定的供水及水位波动的精确控制。
It introduces the automatic control of PLC to freezing water system in a automotive trim plant,in which PLC is select the increment PID according to working principle of this system and user＇s demand. At the same time ,the system realized invariable and sustainable supply of water. Also,it control the water level accurately.
