摘要
为方便厂家对数控机床的可靠性信息的统计分析,以Visual Basic6.0编程语言为开发平台,采用Access数据库技术,开发了数控机床的可靠性信息管理系统。该系统不仅可以对故障信息进行添加、查询、备份等操作,而且可通过拟合故障间隔时间的分布函数计算可靠性指标,此外,故障频次分析模块则为企业实施可靠性增长技术提供了有力的依据。
To make the statistic and analysis of NC machine tools more convenient,It takes the Visual Basic6.0 as a platform,using the Access database ,develops the reliability information system of NC machines. This system has many functions on the reliability information,such as adding,querying and making a backup. Meanwhile,exact reliability indexes can be acquired by fitting the distributing function of time between failures. In addition,the function of failure analyzing helps the enterprise to improve the reliability of NC machine tools.
