摘要
制造系统中保证机械设备的运行性能是一项重要的基础工作,设备的有效性很大程度上决定了制造企业整体的运作效率。运用系统生命周期理论,从故障指标和重组指标两方面建立设备性能诊断指标体系,特别是设备故障历史记录信息是故障诊断的重要参考指标,最后利用层次分析法计算了各层指标的权重和评价值,对制造业设备管理有重要意义。
It is a basic but important task to assure the equipment operation capability in the manufacturing system, effective equipment decides the operating efficiency to a great extent of the manufacturing enterprise. This article embarks from the system life cycle theory, establishes the equipment diagnosis target system from the breakdown target and the reconfiguration target, and has calculated the target weight and the evaluation value of each layer using the analytic hierarchy process, which makes vital significance to equipment management of manufacturing industry.
