随着GIS在国土资源行业应用的不断发展,以及现代化土地管理的不断推进,将基于GIS构建的图文一体化系统应用于土地资源管理也日趋体现出其价值所在。本文在阐释GIS图文一体化概念的基础之上,详细介绍了GIS地政图文一体化系统的结构框架、关键技术以及系统的数据库设计,最后以浙江省建设用地审批管理信息系统为例,在审批业务处理上实现了图、文、表一体化功能,从而展现了GIS图文一体化在国土资源管理中所发挥出的强大优势和显著成效。

With the continued development of GIS industry in the application of land resources, and the Continuous progress of the modem land management, applying GIS-based information System with the Integration of Graphic Data and Text to the land management increasingly manifests its value. This article is on the basis of clarifying the basic concept of GIS-based information System with the Integration of Graphic Data and Text, introduces the framework of this system, the essential technology and the design of database and finally, taking the Construction Land Use Auditing Information System of Zhejiang Province as an example,realizes the function of Integration of Graphic Data,Text and Table in the process of auditing.Thus the article demonstrates the considerable superiority and remarkable effect of this system in the land resources management.
