在城市群的建设过程中存在着城市规模不合理、管理体制不顺、城市群内部结构不完善等问题,应从建立协调沟通的政策体系和政府服务体系、构建高效的基础设施、完善城市布局、促进城市群中各城市之间的优势互补和协调发展等方面加以改善。

In the course of construction of city group, there exist many problems, such as the unreasonable size of the cities, the unsound management system and the imperfect internal structure and so on. We should set up the policy system of coordination and connection and the government service system, construct the effective infrastructure, perfect the city position and promote the harmonious development and advantage complementary among many cities in the city group.
