摘要
分析了河南省干旱的特点,有针对性地提出了几项水资源开发利用的措施:地下水与地表水联合优化运用、地下水利用、雨水蓄集利用、污水资源化等,为提高河南省抵御干旱的能力、合理开发利用水资源指明了方向.
In order to alleviate the loss of drought in production and life,according to the drought characteristics of Henan province,the problems on water resources development and utilization in Henan province are presented,such as serious water shortage,over pumping of ground water, environment worsening in dry years and low utilization rate of surface water in normal years. Some issues such as conjunctive use of surface water and ground water, groundwater use, rain water collection use, sewage converting into resources, are researched, and the relevant suggestions and solutions are given.
