山丘区水资源综合开发利用效益评价

Benefit Evaluation on Water Resources' Comprehensive Exploitation of the Mountainous Region

通过规划和实施各种水资源开发措施,对平顶山市山丘区水资源进行了有效开发利用.系统分析了工程投入及效益情况,量化计算了水资源开发利用的效益.结果表明,静态效益费用比为1.65,动态效益费用比为1.40,经济指标先进,蓄水效率达到了25.7%,保土保肥效果大幅增加,生态环境明显改善.为研究山丘区水资源的开发利用措施和效益评价提供了参考依据.

The water resources of Pingdingshan region have been utilized and exploited fully by programming and implementing many exploitation approaches. After studying on the cost of engineering and the benefit systemically,the benefit of water resources＇ exploitation and utilization is calculated,it is turned out that the economic indicators are super,such as the R is 1.65 and the EBCR is 1.40, the storage efficiency reaches to 25.7% ,the effectiveness on preserving soil and fertility increase significantly,and the ecosystem environment has been improved obviously. The research provides the evaluation means for exploiting and utilizing the water resources for the mountainous region.
