经皮经肝胆道镜治疗胆石症引起的梗阻性黄疸

Treatment of the Obstructive Jaundice Caused by Cholelith using PTCS

1991～1997年对8例因胆石和良性狭窄造成的梗阻性黄疸病人进行了PTCS治疗。8例均为阻道手术后病人，绝大部分为经过多次胆道手术，伴有严重并存病、和手术风险大的病人。并成功地治疗了两侧POC和EST取石失败者。全部病例取净结石处理了胆道狭窄、解除梗阻性黄疸。本文结合文献也讨论了PTCS适应证及取石和治疗胆道狭窄的一些技术问题。

We treated 8 cases of obstructive jaundice caused by cholelith and benign strcture usung PTCS from 1991 to 1997. All the patientys were postoperation of blle duct,most of the cases had been more than one operation,with other serious diseases and poor operative endurance. We also treated 2 cases failed in the treatment of POC and EST. All the cholelith in 8 cases were removed and the stricture of bile duct and the obstructive jaundice were released. We also discussed the indicationes for PTCS and come technique problems in removal of cholelith and treatment of biliary stricture.
