公安边防情报意识的界定及其特性分析

通过对宏观领域中情报意识的定义和微观领域(军事情报、科技情报、公安情报、犯罪情报等)关于情报意识的定义的结合,总结归纳出情报意识定义所必须具备的情报心理状态、情报素质和情报环境三要素,结合公安边防情报工作实际,给出公安边防情报意识的定义,并分析了其的特性。

Through the combination of the definitions of the intelligence consciousness in macroscopic field and in microscopic field （military intelligence, scientific intelligence, public security intelligence, and criminal intelligence, etc）, this paper sums up the three elements of the intelligence psychology, intelligence quality and intelligence environment that the definition of the intelligence consciousness must have, and connecting with the practice of the border defense intelligence work, puts forward the definition of the border defense intelligence consciousness, and analyzes its features.
