摘要
本文报告了我院1995年至1995年应用MEBT／MEBO治疗婴幼儿与学龄前儿童深度烧烫伤76例，最大面积45％，平均愈合天数为22．75天，疤痕形成21例，疤痕形成率27．63％，76例病例均采用MEBO全部治愈，治愈率100％，无一例致残。通过76例小儿深度烧伤治疗，即可证明：MEBO适用于小儿任何部位任何深度的烧伤，深Ⅲ度创面平均愈合天数为42天，可达表皮化愈合。更进一步证明MEBO在深Ⅱ度创面愈后不留疤痕，有其独特优势。结论：笔者认为MEBT／MEBO是目前临床最理想的方法和药物，应大力普及和推广。
76 infants and preschool children with deep burnwere treated with MEBT/MEBO. The largest burnarea was 45%. The average healing time was 22. 75days. 21 cases had scar formation (27. 63%). All thepatients heaIed. The curative rate was 100%. Noneof them was disabled. The results proved that MEBOis suitable for healing burn of any part of the body andof different depths. For deep third degree burnwounds, the average healing time was 42 days. Thewounds healed through epithelialization. No scarformed for deep second degree burn wounds.The authors concluded that MEBT/MEBO is atpresent time, the most ideal remedy for burn treatment. It is worthy to be popularized.
