摘要
本文总结了采用MEBT／MEBO治疗手部烧烫伤病人138例201只手部烧伤治疗经过。应用MEBT／MEBO无一例畸形致残，部分病例采用传统方法进行了对比。实践证明MEBO具有去腐生肌、止痛、保护创面、促进创面愈合的作用，MEBO在手部深Ⅱ°及浅Ⅲ°烧伤创面上无需削痂、切痂植皮、亦可达到上皮化愈合。深Ⅲ°创面可完全达到表皮化愈合，无疤痕及畸形出现，可恢复良好的手部外形及功能。同时可缩短疗程平均4～5天等方面优于传统疗法。
138 patients with burn involving 201 hands weretreated with MEBT/MEBO. Neither deformity nor disablement occurred. The results were compared withthat of the conventional therapy. MEBT/MEBO hadthe advantages of its effects of promoting removal ofnecrotic tissue and granulation. It had analgesic,wound protecting and wound healing promoting effects. No escharetomy was needed for deep seconddegree and superficial third degree burns in hands.For deep third degree burn, even escharetomy andskin grafting were done, the wounds were healedthrough epithelialization. No scar and no deformity occurred. The appearance and function of the hands recovered very well. The average healing time of thewounds was shortened by 4 to 5 days.
