摘要
介绍了乳酸的结构特点、主要用途、生产方法和国内外乳酸工业简况;着重分析了我国乳酸工业面临的发展机遇以及产品结构需要调整、原料来源需要拓宽、生产工艺需要优化,工业上应用的优良菌种/菌株需要选育等难题的挑战,初步探讨了应对措施。
The structural traits,main applications,production methods and industry status of lactic acid at home and abroad are introduced.The development opportunities in lactic acid industry are mainly analyzed.The challenges of difficult problems,such as,adjusting of production frame,expanding of material sources,optimizing of production technique,choosing of good fungus seed/strain applied in industry,etc.are pointed out,and their countermeasures are discussed.
