摘要
我院自1993年11月以来，应用烧伤湿润膏（MEBO）治疗冻疮36例，取得了满意疗效，并与冻疮软膏治疗的20例对比，证实MEBO具有明显的止痒、止痛、改善微循环、抗感染力强、疗程短的优点。临床观察证明：MEBO也是治疗冻疮的良好药物。
In our hospital, 36 cases of pernio were treatedwith MEBO and 20 cases of the same disease weretreated with Unguentum Pernionis. A comparison between the efficacy of the two drugs was made. Theresults revealed that MEBO was superior to Unguentum Pernionis. MEBO had good antipuritive, analgesicand antiinfective effects. MEBO can improve microcirculation. Wounds treated with MEBO healed quickerthan those treated with Unguentum Pernionis.Clinical practice proved that MEBO is a good drugfor treating pernioes.
