摘要
课题研究以616名中小学教师为被试,采用典型相关方法考察教师压力、社会支持与职业倦怠的关系。结果显示,教师的社会支持可以缓冲职业压力带来的消极结果,缓解职业倦怠的程度。这一过程中,社会支持主要通过缓冲学生因素、家庭人际、自我发展方面的压力来缓解职业倦怠。
This research has selected 616 elementary and middle school teachers as research object and adopted canonical correlation analysis to inspect the relationship among teacher' s stress, social support and occupational ennui. The results show that teachers' social supports act as a buffer against the negative effect of the stress, and it can relieve the degree of occupational ennui.
