摘要 在车身逆向设计过程中,点云数据预处理后形成的拓扑网格数据庞大,直接导入三维软件中进行处理时,对计算机的显示、分析、存储、传输等会造成很大的负担。主要研究了车身曲面重构过程中基于二次误差测度的边折叠网格简化算法。该方法将点到相关平面的距离的平方和作为误差测度,进行多次的选择性边折叠,实现网格有效简化。通过VC++6.0编程实现了该算法,实验结果表明,该算法稳定可靠,效率较高,简化效果好。 During the reverse engineering of vehicle body, there are thousands of triangular topological networks. If input the large data into three-dimensional software directly, sometimes the ability of eomputer in analysis, saving, showing and translation ean't afford it . In this paper, quadratic error based edge collapse simplification algorithm in the course of surface reconstruction was researched, The method takes the sum of squares of distance between point and correlation plane as error metric, makes repeated selective edge collapse, and realized efficient simplification. In this paper, the algorithm was realized by VC++6.0 and the results show that the algorithm has high stability and efficiency.
