摘要
介绍了一种基于8051兼容内核的无线射频芯片nrf9E5,采用该芯片设计高速公路有源RFID收费系统,对该收费系统进行了结构硬件设计、软件设计,该系统成本少,功耗低,尺寸小,可靠性高的优点,便于实际应用。
This paper introduces a wireless transmitting chip nRF9E5 based on 8051 core and its application in the highway charge system. The hardware of the charge system is presented,and the software programming is outlined. The system is of low cost ,low consuming ,small dimension,and high reliability.
