摘要
炭化硅盐浴熔炼炉,属于连续性生产负荷,其供电电压随电力网的变化而变化,造成不必要的电能损耗。通过对炭化硅熔炼炉具体工况的测量,设计了一炭化硅盐浴熔炼电炉的节电装置,由显示模块,CAN总线与控制箱三部分组成,采用恒压控制系统。测量节电装置接入前后参数的变化,并进行对比分析,一台熔炼炉一天节电率可以达到10%。具有很好的节电效果,从技术层面进行节能减排具有很强的现实意义。
The carbonization silicon salt bath smelting furnace belongs to the continuous production load, its voltage changes with the change of electric power network and creates an unnecessary energy loss. This paper introduces an energy saving installment for the carbonization silicon salt bath smelting furnace. It is a voltage regulation system based on the CAN bus Experments show that the electricity saving rate may achieve 10% per day.
