疏血通联合前列腺素E_1治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Clinical observation on Suxuetong injection with prostaglandin E_1 for diabetic nephropathy

目的:观察采用疏血通注射液与前列腺素E1联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法:128例早期DN患者血糖控制稳定后随机分为2组(各64例),对照组采用前列腺素E1(10μg,qd)治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用疏血通注射液6mL,qd,2组疗程均为8周;观察两组疗效及用药前后24h尿蛋白排泄率(UPE),尿素氮(BUN),血清肌酐(Scr),尿微量白蛋白(mAlb),尿-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的变化。结果:2组患者治疗后UPE,BUN,Scr,mAlb,β2-MG显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组与对照组治疗后比较差异明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:联合应用疏血通注射液及前列腺素E1是治疗早期DN的有效方法。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of Shuxuetong injection in combination with prostaglandin El for early stage diabetic nephropathy. METHODS 128 patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups 64 patients in each group after controlling the steady levels of blood glucose. Patients in the control group received daily treatment with Prostaglandin E1 （10 μg· d^-1）, and patients in the experiment group received daily treatment with Shuxuetong injection （6 mL· d^-1 ）and Prostaglandin E1 （10 μg· d^-1 ）. After eight-week medication, the patients underwent examinations for changes in the FPG,GHbAlc,UPE,BUN,Scr. RESULTS The UPE,BUN,Scr,mAlb,132-MG was reduced significantly after treatment in two groups（P〈0. 05或 P〈0.01 ）. There was significantly difference after treatment between Shuxuetong injection ＋ Prostaglandin E1 group and Prostaglandin E1 group（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01 ）. CONCLUSION Combination of Shuxuetong injection with Prostaglandin E1 is an Effective therapy in early stage diabetic nephropathy.
