胰岛素泵与常规皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病临床疗效的对比

Comparison of treatment of diabetes with insulin pump and routine hyodermic injection of insulin

目的:观察胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果及安全性,并与常规皮下注射胰岛素进行比较。方法:将2型糖尿病住院患者分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用胰岛素泵,对照组采用皮下注射胰岛素。比较两组治疗方法在控制血糖、尿酮体转阴天数及低血糖发生率方面的差别。结果:治疗组与对照组尿酮体转阴天数分别为(2.64±2.8)d和(4.43±3.7)d,达靶血糖时间分别为(10.6±4.9)d和(14.0±6.1)d,低血糖发生率分别为9.8%和20.0%。两组患者治疗后空腹和3餐后2h血糖有显著性差异,治疗组明显低于对照组。结论:采用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素比常规皮下注射胰岛素达靶血糖时间明显缩短,尿酮体转阴时间缩短,且未增加低血糖的发生率。

OBJECTIVE To compare the therapeutic effects and safety of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump （CSII） and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection （MSII） in treatment of type 2 diabetes. METHODS Totally 76 cases of diabetes were assigned into two groups,CSII group （n = 41） and MSII group （n = 35）. The differences in blood glucose control time,insulin dosage and the rate of hypoglycemic episodes were compared in the two groups. RESULTS The time for well controlled blood glucose levels in 2 groups were （10. 6 ± 4. 9） d and （14. 0 ± 6. 1） d respectively. The rate of hypoglycemic episode of 2 groups were 9. 8 % and 20.0 %, respectively. CONCLUSION CSII could shorten the duration of insulin treatment, lower 2 hour postprandial blood sugar （PBS2） and reduce insulin dosage, and the hypoglycemic episodes rate was not increased.
