普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

Observation about effect of pulmicort repules nebulized inhalation on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察布地奈德混悬液(普米克令舒)雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效与安全性。方法:将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的患者随机分为两组,普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗组及对照组,两组基础药物相同,对两组的动脉血气分析及肺功能检查进行评价。结果:普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗组于治疗后7d动脉血气分析指标及肺功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组无不良反应。结论:普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效明显,能促进肺功能改善,无明显不良反应。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of pulmicort repules inhalation on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） and its reliability. METHODS Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups： pulmicort repules inhalation treatment group including thirty cases and control group including thirty cases. The basic drugs in two groups were the same. Arterial blood gas and pulmonary function were evaluated. RESULTS In pulmicort repules inhalation treatment group,at the seventh day after treatmeat the index of arterial blood gas and pulmonary function were significantly superior to the control group （P〈0. 05）. There was no side effect presented in this group. CONCLUSION Pulmicort repules inhalation had a batter treatment effect in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The pulmonary function also improved obviously in the pulmicort repules group compared with those in control group. Pulmieort repules inhalation has no obvious side effect.
