回收啤酒瓶的质量现状调查及防止爆瓶的措施

The Discussion on Quality of Recyclable Glass Beer-bottles in China and Improvement Measures

玻璃啤酒瓶爆瓶是我国啤酒行业较为关注的一个问题。根据回收瓶试验结果,瓶体上的擦伤是影响酒瓶质量并引起爆瓶的一项重要因素,无擦伤的啤酒瓶抗冲击和耐内压2项指标均达到国家标准的要求(GB 4544 -1996),有擦伤的回收瓶,50%的酒瓶耐内压值低于1.2 MPa,91.66%的酒瓶抗冲击力低于0.6J。当瓶体上的擦伤圈大于4 mm时,瓶子的耐内压和抗冲击性均低于国家标准。

Blowout of glass beer-bottle is a focal point in Chinese beer industry. The recyclable bottle trial results showed that serape played an important role in quality and blowout of bottles. Impact resistance and resistance to internal pressure of new bottles without serape can adapt to national standard. Impact resistance of half of reeyelable bottles decline under 1.2 MPa,91.66% of reeyelable bottles resistance to internal pressure decline under 0.6J. When the strip of serape over 4 mm , impact resistance and resistance to internal pressure of reeyelable bottles all did not adapt to national standard .
