基于双层规划的综合运输网内承载运输量研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了综合运输通道内运输量分配的双层规划模型,以便找到在综合交通运输通道内分配运输量的最优策略,从定量角度出发,既保证运输商使自己的运输费用最小,又能使上层部门优化分配运输量,使得综合交通运输通道内的系统经济效益最大。同时运用层次分析法,来计算多种交通方式之间的相对广义运输费用。最后给出一个算例说明了模型的应用。 In order to find the optimal strategy that needs not only to ensure the transport operators make their own minimal cost, but also enable the system of integrative transportation that get the most economic benefit by use of optimizing the transportation assignment, this paper firstly put forward Bi-level programming model of transportation assignment for integrative transportation corridor from the view of quantitative point. Then calculate the relative generalize transportation cost by use of AHP. Finally, take a example proves that the application of the model was correct and valid.
