With the progressive development of reverse logistics, an increasingly extensive attention is paid to the issue of the re- verse logisties outsoureiog. The preference of third party reverse logistics provider is a practical problem that confronts many en- terprises now. This paper, applying analytical hierarchy process, has constructed a decision model of the providers preference, coupled with some vivid examples which demonstrate the simplieity and efficiency of this model.
