Application and Research on the Quantitative Spiral Conveyor for the Powdery Salt Production

定量螺旋给料机是近年来用于粉洗盐生产的关键设备,用于调整系统生产能力、控制生产节拍,保证粉洗盐生产线的正常工作。文章阐述了粉洗盐生产定量螺旋给料机的工作原理、结构特点及其主要设计参数;给出了定量螺旋给料机的送料效率和送料量的计算方法,并分析了影响送料精度的因素及解决措施。

In recent years, the quantitative spiral coneyor is one of the important equipments for producing powdery salt, which is used to adjust through-put, regulate production time and assure right working of production system. The work principle, structure characteristic and main design parameters of powdery salt are expatiated for quantitative spiral conveyor. The calculating methods of feeding efficiency and precision are presented for this equipment. The effect factors are analyzed for feeding precision, and the measurements are proposed.
