摘要
开发了用氯化溴-溴溶液催化合成溴化二苯乙烷新工艺,以降低溴消耗和简化工艺过程。在-5℃~0℃下将氯气通入过量溴制得溴化剂,将二苯乙烷的三氯甲烷溶液在0℃~5℃下滴加到含有三氯化铝催化剂的溴化剂溶液中。当氯化溴/二苯乙烷摩尔比为10,溴/二苯乙烷摩尔比为15,反应时间为5h时得到十溴二苯乙烷的收率98.4%,产品平均溴代数9.8,产品中溴含量81.0%,产品中氯含量0.9%。
A new process for catalytic synthesis of decabromodiphenylethane was developed by brominating diphenylethane with bromine chloride and bromine solution to decrease bromine consumption and simplify post - treatment process. The brominating reagent was prepared by conducting chlorine into bromine at -5℃ -0℃. Diphenylethane chloroform solution was dripped into obtained brominating reagent in the presence of aluminum trichloride catalyst at 0℃ -5℃. Under the conditions of molar ratio of bromine chloride to diphenylethane and bromine to diphenylethane are 10 : 1,15 : 1 respectively, and reaction time is 5 h, decabromodiphenylethane yield and average bromination number are 98.4% and 9.8 respectively. The bromine content and chlorine content of sample are 81.0% and 0.9% respectively.
