摘要
对脱镁母液的综合利用工艺进行了研究,解决脱镁母液中对钠盐、钾盐与钙盐的提取问题。结合Na+,K+,Ca2+//C l-—H2O四元相图理论的分析,通过蒸发试验获得钾盐析出时的实验参数,在实验中控制蒸发水量在钾盐析出之前对钠盐进行分离,获得钠盐,然后对析钠后液相进行不同温度的冷却实验结晶析出钾盐,通过对结晶实验结果的分析,确定对钠盐和钾盐的提取的工艺参数,进一步对析钾溶液进行冷却结晶,获得钙盐,至此,实现对脱镁母液进行综合利用的工艺路线和参数的确定。
This paper mainly solved the extraction of sodium salt, potassium salt and the calcium salt by conducting research on the technique of comprehensive utilization of magnesium - free mother liquor. Base on the analysis of the system of Na^+ , K^+ , Ca^2 +//Clˉ - -H2O, the experimental parameters when the potassium salt begin to crystallize can be defined by evaporation experiment. Controlling the evaporation volume and separating sodium salt before potassium salt begin to crystallize, sodium salt can be gained. After that, cool the left liquid phase at different temperature in order to crystallize potassium salt. Through the analysis of the resuh of the experiment, the parameters of extracting sodium salt and potassium salt can be fixed separately, further more, cool the left liquid phase again to a certain temperature, the calcium salt can be formed in the process of crystallization. Until now, a perfect technique routine and relative parameters for the comprehensive utilization of magnesium -free mother liquor is rationally defined.
