摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定炎立消片中原儿茶酸的含量。方法:采用C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-0.5%磷酸(13:87:0.2)为流动相;流速为0.8ml·min^(-1);检测波长为258nm。结果:原儿茶酸进样量在0.07～0.70μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:方法操作简单、准确,重复性好,可用于炎立消片的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of protocatechuic acid in Yanlixiao tablets. Method： the Diamonsil C^8 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used, the methanol -water - 0.5 % phosphoric acid solution （ 13： 87：0.2 ） as mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8 ml. min- 1 and the detection wavelength was 258 nm. Result： The linear range of protocatechuic acid was 0.07 -0.70 μg（ r = 0. 999 7） ;The average recovery was 99.0% , RSD 1.7% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of Yanlixiao tablets.
