摘要
目的:建立桂枝配方颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对桂枝配方颗粒进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对桂枝配方颗粒中桂皮醛进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强;桂皮醛的线性范围为0.96～4.81μg(r= 0.999 9),平均回收率为97.1%(RSD=1.1%,n=5)。结论:方法方便、准确,重复性好,能有效控制桂枝配方颗粒的质量。
Objective： To establish the quality standard for Guizhi dispensing granule. Method： Guizhi dispensing granule was i- dentified by TLC, the content of cinnamaldehyde in Guizhi granule was determined by HPLC. Result： The spot in TLC was clear, the linear range of cinnamaldehyde was 0.96 - 4.81μg（ r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recovery was 97.1% （ RSD = 1.1%, n = 5 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, and repeatable, it can be used for quality control of Guizhi dispensing granule.
