中联鼻炎片对过敏性鼻炎TNF-α及IL-4的影响

Influence of ZhongLian Biyan Tablet on TNF-αand IL-4 of Allergic Rhinitts

目的:观察中联鼻炎片对过敏性鼻炎患者肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及白介素-4(IL-4)的影响及临床疗效。方法:将过敏性鼻炎患者96例随机分为两组,均予西替利嗪对症治疗,治疗组加用中联鼻炎片。治疗前后检测血清TNF-α及IL-4。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后TNF-α及IL-4值显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:中西药合用治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效优于单用西替利嗪。

Objective： To investigate the influence of ZhongLian Biyan tablet on TNF-α and IL-4 of allergic rhinitis. Method： Ninety-six cases of allergic rhinitis were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Zhong Lian Biyan tablet and cetirizine, the control group was treated with cetirizine only. The TNF-α and IL-4 were examined before and after treatment. Result： The patients symptom improved in two group and better in treatment group. There was significant difference between two groups. The TNF-o~ and IL-4 were decreased in the treatment group（ P 〈 0, 01 ）. Conclusion： ZhongLian Biyan tablet combined with cetirizine have better effect than cetirizine only in treatment of allergic rhinitis.
