盐酸氨溴索对颈椎前路手术呼吸功能的影响

Influence of Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Respiratory Function of Cervical Anterior Approach Operation

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索对颈椎前路手术呼吸功能早期影响。方法:颈前路病人术后常规应用抗炎脱水治疗。试验组应用盐酸氨溴索60 mg,iv,tid,术后当日开始应用,连续6 d。对于肺部合并原发损伤的患者行盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入。对照组仅应用常规脱水抗炎药物治疗。结果:试验组与对照组进行比较,早期3 d内试验组优秀率为93%,对照组为71%,两组比较有统计学差异。3 d后试验组优秀率为97%,对照组为94%。结论:预防性应用盐酸氨溴索药物,可以预防颈前路手术呼吸功能并发症。

Objective： To evaluate the influence of ambroxol hydrochloride on respiratory function of the cervical anterior approach operation. Method： Antiinflammatory and dehydration conventional therapy were implemented for postoperative patients with cervical anterior approach. Vein injection of ambroxol hydrochloride 60mg for study group was used three times a clay postoperatively for six days. Ambroxol inhalation was used for patients with lung primarily disease. Regular dehydration and anti-inflammatory agent was ap- plied to the control group. Result： The excellent rate of experiment group was 93% and control group was 71% at the first three days. It had significant difference between two groups. The excellent rate of study group was 97% after three days, and control group was 94%. Conclusion： Anlbroxol hydrochloride for preventative purpose can prevent complication of respiratory function in cervical anterior approach operation.
