摘要
以对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(MPHB)封闭的阳离子交联聚氨酯为反应介质,聚酰胺多胺和环氧氯丙烷进行反应制备出阳离子封闭聚氨酯(BPU)/聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)顺序互穿聚合物网络(BPU/PAE)。研究了组分比例、封闭率、干燥温度等因素对纸张强度的影响,并与市售产品进行了对比。应用实验表明,PAE分子中的仲胺基能够促进封闭聚氨酯(BPU)的解封反应,当BPU与PAE的绝干比为2︰3、封闭率为50%、干燥温度为125℃时,所制备的BPU/PAEIPN具有最佳的应用效果,尤其对耐折度具有明显的增强作用。
Cationic crosslinking blocked polyurethane(BPU)/PAE sequential interpenetrating polymer networks (BPU/PAE IPNs) were prepared by the reaction of polyaminamide and epihalohydrin in the medium of cationic crosslinking blocked polyurethane. The effect of components ratio, blocked ratio, drying temperature on paper strength was investigated and a comparison was made with that of product on the market. The results of applied experiment indicate that the unblocking reaction of BPU was accelerated by secondary amidocyanogen in PAE and when the absolute dry ratio of BPU to PAE was 2: 3, blocked ratio was 50% and the drying temperature was 125 ℃, the IPN had obvious effect on paper strength, especially folding endurance.
