摘要 目的探讨表没食子儿茶素没食子酯酸(EGCG)对前列腺癌PC-3细胞细胞增殖和细胞周期的影响。方法MTT法检测EGCG对前列腺癌PC-3细胞生长和增殖的抑制作用;流式细胞仪DNA含量分析法探讨EGCG对前列腺癌PC-3细胞周期的影响。结果与对照组相比,3组不同浓度EGCG均能明显抑制前列腺癌PC-3细胞生长,G0~G1期细胞增加。结论EGCG可将前列腺癌PC-3细胞阻滞于G0~G1期,抑制细胞增殖。 Objective To investigate the effect of Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) on growth inhibition and cell cycle of the prostate cancer PC-3 cells. Methods The cytotoxic, antiproliferative and cell cycle arrest effects of EGCG on PC-3 cells were determined with varying concentration of EGCG treatment for 24 hours by MTT assay and flow cytometry. Results In comparison to the control, all the 3 different concentration of EGCG was able to inhibit the growth of malignancy cell lines and increase the cell number in G0- G1 phase. Conclusion EGCG can inhibit the proliferation of PC-3 cell by inducing the G0- G1 phase arrest.
