摘要
在时效成形试验机构的模拟仿真过程中,需要考虑很多因素,前处理的建模工作十分繁琐。为了更快更好的完成该项工作,在ABAQUS二次开发平台的基础上,使用Python语言编写了ABAQUS前处理二次开发系统。该系统可以在输入有限个参数的前提下,自动完成前处理建模过程。这样有效的减少了重复性建模工作,提高了工作效率。最后得出在不同工艺条件下的受力状况以及成形特性,对机构进行了优化。该系统灵活、可靠、开发过程比较简单,在实际的应用中取得了良好的效果。
There are many factors that need to be considered in the simulation of the machine used in the technology of ageing-forming,so a lot of repeat works are used for founding the models.In order to finish the work better and more quickly,this system uses the Python-language to finish the Second Development for Fore Treatment of ABAQUS.It can complete the work of the modeling automatically by inputting only several necessary parameters.It will reduce a lot of time used for the repeat work and improve the efficiency.At last,simulation result is obtained and the machine is optimized.This system is reliable,agile,and easy to develop.It has been used in actual design and has good effect.
