摘要
探讨了将项目管理学引入到GIS项目的管理中,采用最新的项目管理软件Project 2003来实现GIS项目管理的方法。结果表明,利用Project 2003软件进行GIS项目管理,对GIS项目的决策、规划和实现具有一定的指导意义。
This paper probes into taking project management leading into GIS project management, applying new project software Project 2003 to realize GIS project management method. The result telling, to apply Project 2003 software making GIS project management has the definite instruction meaning for decision, planning and realization of GIS project.
