摘要
目的研究回心草的化学成分。方法回心草95%乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行充分萃取,用硅胶柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析反复对乙酸乙酯部位和水部位进行成分分离、纯化,通过波谱方法鉴定结构。结果从回心草当中共分离鉴定了13个化合物,分别为胡椒酸甲酯(1)、甜菊苷(2)、尿囊素(3)、3,5,3',5'-四甲氧基-4,4'-联苯二酚(4)、木栓酮(5)、咖啡酸(6)、棕榈酸(7)、琥珀酸(8)、己二酸(9)、正二十六碳酸(10)、正二十八碳酸(11)、正三十碳酸(12)和果糖(13)。结论从回心草中分离得到13个化合物,除木栓酮和棕榈酸外其余11个化合物均为首次从该植物当中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents from Rhodobryum roseum (Hedw) Limpr. Methods the compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified by IR , NMR data. Results 13 compounds were isolated and identified. They are methyl piperate, stevioside, allantoin, 3,5,3′,5′ -tetramethoxy-4,4′-diphenol, friedelin, caffeic aeid,palmie acid, sueeinie aeid,adipie aeid,n-hexaeosanoie aeid,n-oetaeosanoie acid, n-triaeontanoie acid and fructose. Conclusion All the compounds except friedelin and palmie acid were isolated from this plant for the first time.
