三康胶囊对减压缺氧小鼠心肌和脑组织的保护作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨三康胶囊对缺氧小鼠心肌和脑组织的保护作用。方法灌胃给予高、低剂量的三康胶囊(SKC,1.5、0.5g·kg-1),模拟高原缺氧环境,建立小鼠缺氧模型,测定小鼠大脑含水量和乳酸含量,血浆和心肌中乳酸含量及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,大脑和心肌中蛋白含量,并作病理学切片观察形态结构的变化。结果与缺氧模型组相比,SKC能降低缺氧状态下小鼠脑组织的含水量和乳酸含量,增加心肌和血浆中LDH的活性并减少其乳酸的含量,对脑组织蛋白含量有升高趋势。病理学实验结果表明SKC还能够保护缺氧时心、脑组织的结构。结论SKC具有提高小鼠抗缺氧能力的作用。其机制可能与其提高缺氧状态下LDH活性,减轻乳酸在组织中的积累,预防高原缺氧对小鼠心肌和脑组织的损伤有关。 Aim To study the anti-hypoxia effect of Sankang Capsule(SKC) on mice and its mechanism. Methods The mechanisms of anti-hypoxia effect were investigated by establishing the anoxic model under low-pressure conditions similar to the plateau environment. The content of water and lactic acid in cerebral tissue,LDH activity and lactic acid content in both plasma and cardiac muscle tissue were measured. Results After administration of SKC,LDH activity in plasma and cardiac muscle tissue exposed to hypoxia was increased and the lactic acid content was decreased. SKC also decreased the content of water and lactic acid in cerebral tissue. The pathological examination pointed to some damages in cerebral and cardiac muscle tissues ,which had been ameliorated by administration of SKC in anoxic mice. Conclusion SKC could enhance the capacity of hypoxia tolerance and relieve the damages of cerebral and cardiac muscle tissue induced by anoxic conditions similar to the plateau environment. The mechanism of anti-hypoxia effect may be related to the increase of the LDH activity and the decrease of the accumulation of lactic acid in the plasma ,brain and cardiac muscle tissue.
